Celebrating 20+ years!

We are excited about an old website with a ton of new potential.  


For over 20 years, the Horseman's Corner at horsemanscorner.com has been a great place to listen to the radio programs produced by Hall of Fame radio broadcaster Howard Hale! 

After two plus decades of radio on the internet, The Horseman's Corner is ready to expand.  

"We've actually talked about it many times, but with so many other projects, we just didn't have time to focus on it.  Now that we have 20 more years of exposure in the horse world, we've decided to make it a priority to upgrade the website to include feature writers, feature podcasts, horses for sale, an events calendar, PLUS all kinds of equine products and services for sale, many times direct from the manufacturer." 

The new website, redesigned by Hale Multimedia, includes a newly developed Horses For Sale by Owner section that is now sortable by sex or breed, an easy-to-get-to livestream button, our full podcast channel embedded, a brand new News and Features Section and much more.

Saving Cowboy True 2020

We have always appreciated a challenge, especially when it comes to helping an organization or cause that we support. Benefits of 'Going Virtual' with your next event

Our first fully Virtual Expo was launched for Darren and Tana Dale of Star Expos on April 8, 2020. There were numerous benefits to having an online or virtual presence long before the most recent pandemic hit. Do you agree with the following statements for the most part? A desktop computer is powerful, but not without a mouse. An iPod is powerful, but not without a menu of songs. A cell phone is powerful, but not without a touch screen. I am starting with the basics. Most everyone knows that a stallion is an adult male horse that has not been gelded or castrated or a horse kept for breeding, which is also known as a stud. A newborn or young male horse is referred to as a colt. Actually the word ‘’stallion” came from the time of Henry VII when uncastrated male horses had to be kept up or tied in stalls or (stalled-one).  Stallions can be difficult to own. A stallion owner must have the facilities and space to be able to care for such a formidable animal. Also time to spend on training and building a relationship based on friendship and respect. That respect that comes from everyday horse keeping, where he learns what is expected and what is not tolerated.  They must be treated with fairness and not beaten into submission. I have several friends that keep stallions. One in particular is a rancher, trainer, and breeder, Delton Jackson, who owns a black and white tobiano paint stallion that he raised from a colt....
